Your data has an exit.

In Shopify Admin, open To the Cent, choose Settings, and select Disconnect QuickBooks. This revokes the Intuit authorization and removes the stored connection credentials. It does not erase valid accounting records already created in QuickBooks.

Remove To the Cent from Shopify Admin under Settings → Apps and sales channels. Active Shopify sessions are removed immediately, QuickBooks authorization is revoked when available, and remaining shop data is scheduled for deletion within 48 hours.

1. Email jlgadek@gmail.com with the subject “To the Cent data request.”
2. Provide the affected myshopify.com store domain.
3. Send the request from an address associated with the store, or be ready to verify administrator authority.

Requests are acknowledged as soon as practical and handled within the period required by applicable law. Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks are also honored.

Deletion removes To the Cent’s active merchant records. It does not delete transactions already written to Shopify or QuickBooks. Records may remain in encrypted infrastructure backups for up to 10 days before backup expiration, and limited information may be kept when required for security, dispute resolution, or law.

If the merchant has a lifetime founding entitlement, a one-way keyed fingerprint may remain solely to restore that entitlement after reinstall. It does not contain the readable shop domain or customer information.
